Alynne Cordray Zombie House Flipping is an award-winning house flipper and a television host. Alynne also works as a real estate agent.

Zombie House Flipping is a reality TV show about a group of renovators. It was launched in January 2016 and is currently in its fifth season, which started in December 2022 and airs on A&E.

The team at the show consists of a builder, a designer, and a bunch of professionals and realtors who take care of the business and financial prospects, from location hunting and renovation to finding a potential buyer.

Following the launch, all of the cast and crew of the flipping company have worked in severely conditioned abandoned houses and returned them to their glorious state.

Also, their team searched for a worst-conditioned home in Orlando in order to renovate and sell them for profit.

The show was initiated by builder Keith, project manager Justin Stamper, and realtor Ashlee Casserly, aka the Robinhood of the Real Estate arena. However, Justin and Ashlee left the show to focus on their personal lives.

On the other hand, Keith and Duke returned this season to give the show a different shape. They have worked together with Alynne for over 15 years now.

Zombie House Flipping 2023 Has Two Other Hosts

In 2023, Zombie House Flipping is on its fifth season. The season premiered on 3rd December 2022. This season, the flipsters found a gem-like house around Blue Mound Neighbourhood.

The house with lousy plumbing was abandoned by its owner over a decade ago and was covered in cat faeces.

After project manager Justin and Ashlee’s departure, the show was missing a piece. The couple left the group to focus on their career and family. However, it got interesting during a period when the old cast members Keith and Duke arrived.

Keith Ori

Keith Ori is an award-winning builder, a former race car driver, a trained scuba diver, a skydiver and a professional writer. He was presented with the City of Orlando’s Historic Preservation Award in 2013 and 2017.

Furthermore, Keith Ori attended the University of Southern Mississippi. He graduated in 1995, earning a bachelor’s in journalism. Meanwhile, he served as an intel analyst at the 20th Special Forces Group (MSARNG) during college.

Besides, he is also the father of three kids, sons Ayrton & Conan and a daughter Zanuki.

Moreover, in real estate, Peter is an avid race car driver. He loves fast cars and visits Sebring Raceway time and again to take his favourite AZ1 for a ride.

One business led to another, and Duke bought a rehab in 2003, which opened a new door for him in the real estate world. Since then, Peter has bought and fixed over a hundred houses and still counting on working on some more.

Peter Duke is married to a Chinese professional, Jenny Zeng. Jenny works as a buyer at Tormenter Fishing Products Inc.

The couple has been married for around seven years and has welcomed a son, Beau Duke, into their life.

Fan Reaction To New Cast This Season

Zombie House Flipping is all about zombie-looking abandoned houses and the power of renovations. The series showcases the ideas of the cast members, who turn around the house for good and sell it to a potential buyer.

The cast finds a possible property, buys it and then puts their effort into giving it a new shape. Lastly, it resells the house to a buyer.

However, everything started changing this season, and fans around the globe are having difficulty adjusting to the new setup and cast members.

It took everyone by surprise when Justin Stamper and Ashlee Casserly departed from the series.

While fans were taking their time to rearrange their minds on their absence, it bought a ray of hope when old cast members Duke and Keith reentered the scenario.

After being separated from the show in its third season, Keith and Peter decided to join the show again in the fifth season.

Although the exact reason for their absence was never discussed on the show, it looks like they wanted to promote their businesses.

Some people are okay with change, while others are disappointed. Please keep the original cast and members of the show, says a viewer, while another writer says; it’s hard to watch the show without Ashlee, but at least we have Alynne.
