Charles Glass Bodybuilder

Glass has more than 40 years of working as a trainer. Glass has changed his methods of training through years of practical experience, observation, and outcomes to produce dramatic and meaningful gains for anyone who applies them.

Glass’s coaching methods are based on the principle that the best way to build muscle is to separate and target specific muscle fibers. He also thinks that it is necessary to develop a strong mind-muscle connection in order to maximize muscle activation. One of the most well-known exercises that he trains is the GOB Pad Flye, a special type of dumbbell pad that permits you to separate and target the specific muscle fibers in your chest.

Previously he was an engineer. His engineering background gave him additional understanding and perspective on ways to manage the angles of exercises to enhance their ability to recruit muscle fibers. He is known for changing exercises so that a greater number of muscle fibers are recruited, which leads to greater development of the trained muscles.

Final Thought

He is a dreamer. He never gives up on his dreams, no matter how big or small. He is grateful for the ability to dream and is excited to see what the future holds.
