Clary Fisher is best known as the ex-wife of Simon Konecki, a British charity entrepreneur. Fisher has worked as a fashion stylist for TV programs, music bands, and fashion shows. She was born in Swindon, Wiltshire. At the Bristol Old Vic and the London College of Fashion, she studied costume and tailoring.

Quick Facts

After four years of marriage, she divorced her then-husband.

After falling in love, Fisher and Konecki married in 2004. After living on The Highway in East London, the couple relocated to Flask Walk. Konecki was the leading senior broker at Lehman Brothers until he chose to leave in 2005. They had their first child, Georgie, in 2006, and then relocated to Brighton, where Konecki co-founded an ethical bottled water firm. His passion for his career gradually took time away from his family, causing their marriage to break apart.

According to the Daily Mail, Fisher was unhappy from the start when they originally moved to Brighton, and the only reason they relocated was her husband’s desire to be closer to his family. Fisher and Konecki divorced in 2009. They have been co-parenting their daughter since then. Konecki began dating singer Adele after their divorce. Before their divorce, there was speculation that Konecki had an affair with singer Adele.

Inside her ex-husband Simon and Adele’s marriage

However, Adele subsequently refuted it, claiming that they began dating four years after Konecki divorced Fisher. Simon initially met Adele in 2011 via English singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran, according to her then-husband Simon. On October 19, 2012, they welcomed their first child. The rumors of Simon leaving their London home emerged in 2014, but Adele’s responded by claiming they were still very much together and asked readers not to trust whatever they read. In a 2016 interview, she confessed that her relationship with Simon was the most serious she had ever had.

In 2018, the pair married in a private ceremony. According to one insider, it was one of those marriages that went bad from the start and that they had been trying for years. Adele and Simon confirmed their split in April 2019 after more than seven years together. Adele spoke out about the turning moment that led her to seek a divorce in a sit-down interview with Oprah Winfrey for her November CBS special Adele One Night Only.

When Winfrey asked whether there was a specific time when Adele realized, she remembered her and some of her friends answering some of the questions in the Bougie magazine, one of which being, “what’s something no one would ever know about you?” Adele said that she was unhappy in front of her three pals and that she was not living but rather trudging along. When asked whether she was ashamed since it happened so quickly, she said that she was embarrassed because her marriage had failed.

Their wedding date is unclear, but they have been happily married for many years. She welcomed her second daughter, whose name has not been published, from her second marriage to her second husband.
