Clive Davis is an American record producer and music industry executive with an estimated net worth of $850 million.

Clive Davis is well-known for founding labels such as Columbia Records, Arista Records, and J Records.

Clive Davis owns a number of New York City properties. He owns at least five units in the 465 Park Avenue building in Manhattan.

In 2017, he listed one of his building units for $7.8 million. He eventually reduced the price to $6.2 million before removing it from the market in 2019. That one unit alone has a monthly HOA fee of $11,700!

Clive Davis also has an opulent estate in Westchester County, New York, where he frequently entertains guests on weekends. The house, which he purchased in 1991 following his second divorce, has a 30-seat home theatre, an 8,000-square-foot main house, and a 6,000-square-foot guest house.

Clive’s art collection could be worth $100 million on its own. The collection includes pieces from Picasso, Damien Hirst, Dale Chihuli, Adolph Gottlieb, Andy Warhol and more.
