Tyrese Gibson has refused to pay spousal support to ex-wife Samantha Lee Gibson, save for an SUV. On August 29, the F9 actor appeared in court for the divorce case, speaking about the issues that would settle his divorce from Samantha. According to court filings, Gibson refuses to pay spousal support and wants to retain his 2016 Range Rover. Samantha, on the other hand, may have the 2017 Land Rover Discovery. Gibson seeks physical and legal custody of their daughter, Soraya, as well as the final decision on non-medical crises for Soraya.

According to the most recent court update, Gibson’s lawyer Tanya Mitchell Graham questioned Samantha about her costs from two years ago, which totaled roughly $1,740 for cosmetics. Samantha’s attorney claimed that this was unrelated to the case, but Tanya stated why Gibson believes it is. Tyrese and Samantha married in February 2017 and had their first child, Soraya, in October 2018. Gibson previously married Norma Mitchell in 2007, and their daughter was born that year. The couple divorced in 2009.
