Molly Shannon Mother Peg Car Accident: Family Tragedy

When Molly Shannon was only 4 years old, she was involved in a car accident, which eventually killed her mother and sister.

Molly was devastated by the incident, as she was just 4 when the accident took place. The incident took the life of her mother, her sister, and cousin.

The car was driven by her father, who survived with fatal injuries. Molly’s mother was Mary Margaret, also known as “Peg,” who was a teacher.

As a child, she did not understand much, but she knew how bad it was.

Just recently Molly decided to open up about her thoughts about the incident.

She has expressed her feeling towards the family tragedy, revealing that she just wanted to die.

Shannon would often literally throw herself into objects like metal chairs without any padding because she didn’t care if she hurt herself after the tragedy.

But she, later on, got a hold on herself and created the character Mary Katherine Gallagher character while at NYU.

The whole story and the acting of the character are based upon Molly, about how she felt about the accident.

This is how she turned and made one of the famous characters in the history of comedy.
