Sara Davies Weight Loss Journey –Strictly Come Dancing

Sara Davies took a weight loss journey after doctors advised her to shed some weight after Sara suffered from gestational diabetes in her pregnancies.

Right after the appointment, she scheduled and paid for a trainer three mornings a week for three months in advance.

Even though Sara is rich now, the same cant be said about her childhood. She knows the importance of money, so don’t expect her to be seen wasting some.

Then, at 11 kilometers, she began to feel achy all over, but because it was a circular course, I had no choice but to keep running. The runs were on the verge of killing her.

Well, she did not give up, and now she is at her ideal weight of 62 kg.
