Locals in San Diego are in for a treat these days, as a man with unquestionably one of the most striking resemblances to Tom Cruise ever is painting the town red.

Jerome LeBlanc is a Ramona-based actor who frequently travels across California impersonating the famed actor behind films such as Magnolia, the Mission Impossible series, Interview with the Vampire, Cocktail, Jack Reacher, Knight and Day, and a slew of other noteworthy entertainment.

Over the years, he perfected English as well as his native French, and he has practiced the original, archetypal Tom Cruise laugh—the famous signature of the Syracuse-born superstar—many times.

TikTok: What Happened To Tom Cruise Impersonator Jerome Leblanc?

Professional Tom Cruise lookalike is banned from Instagram for pretending to be someone else, which is against the site’s rules.

Jerome LeBlanc has been a Tom Cruise impersonator for ten years.

He had 30,000 Instagram followers, which he used to promote his company, which comprised video messages and in-person meet-and-greets.

He was removed from the social networking platform twice for ‘impersonation’ and violating the app’s Community Guidelines.

During the epidemic, Instagram rejected his request, causing his business to suffer. LeBlanc has gone to TikTok, where he now has over 500,000 followers.

Is His Instagram Banned? Conditions Update

Yes, it is the second time that his Instagram account has been banned. In June 2021, LeBlanc was initially barred from the site.

He filed an appeal and was restored before being sent on leave for many weeks.

According to Instagram’s guidelines, “creating an account to impersonate someone is against the Community Guidelines and may result in your account being removed.”

LeBlanc set out to provide Instagram with documentation in the hopes that the firm, which is owned by Meta (previously Facebook), would change its position.

When LeBlanc wasn’t doing in-person performances for thousands of dollars at parties or larger events like the San Diego Comic-Con, he would make personal movies for anyone who requested them for roughly $80 each.

Over the period of six years, LeBlanc, who is endowed with good looks and looks uncannily like the real Tom Cruise, was able to get employment mimicking the Top Gun star and grow his Instagram following.
