Gene Simmons, the iconic co-founder of the legendary hard rock band KISS, has had a remarkable career that has left an indelible mark on the music industry. Known for his larger-than-life stage persona, Simmons has garnered a global fanbase and achieved tremendous success with KISS. However, there are some questions regarding his current residence and his ownership of the band.

While it is not publicly known where Gene Simmons currently resides, there have been some notable changes in his living arrangements over the years. Previously, Simmons and his wife Shannon Tweed had made their home in Las Vegas, where they took advantage of the tax benefits offered in the area. However, they have since moved back to California and purchased a stunning contemporary home in the exclusive neighborhood of Beverly Hills. The couple invested $10.5 million in this luxurious property, marking their return to the California lifestyle.

As for the ownership of KISS, Simmons, along with his bandmate Paul Stanley, holds a significant stake in the band. Together, they co-own the KISS brand, which has become a cultural phenomenon since its formation in the 1970s. The band’s iconic image, music, and merchandise have generated over $1 billion in licensing fees, making it one of the most successful and recognizable rock bands in history.
