Dylan Spellman was the suspect in the murder of Mollie Olgin, who is not at the jail but is yet to be seized. What Is She Doing Now?

Dylan Spellman was convicted of murder who reportedly raped Mollie Olgin before shooting her with a gun. She was murdered in 2012 in Violet Andrews Park in Portland, Texas.

Besides, NBC’s Dateline is reevaluating a case covered in 2017’s A Texas Twist for its December 17, 2021 episode. Meanwhile, David Malcolm Strickland was convicted of a crime in 2014.

But in 2018, a new proof testing technology showed that the DNA found on the victim’s body fitted that of Spellman. Apart from that, Mollie was living with her ex-girlfriend Mary Kristine “Kris” Chapa when during her death.

Now, people wonder what Dylan is doing now and ask numerous questions related to her. So, we’ve mentioned every possible detail.

Who is Mollie Olgin Murder Suspect Dylan Spellman?

Dylan Spellman is a leading suspect in the 2012 murder of Mollie Olgin. A site has admitted that Spellman is yet to be arrested. But petitions are also signing petitions to request his arrest.

Meanwhile, NBC’s Dateline is likely to reevaluate the issue following the 2018 new evidence that guides to the primary suspect, Spellman. Formerly, he asserted guilty to his involvement in an armed theft in Nevada.

Furthermore, Spellman stayed with a family friend in Portland while he awaited sentencing and expended a lot of time in Violet Andrews Park. Before Strickland’s detention, Spellman’s DNA had been found on a cigarette butt and an energy drink can at the location.

Dylan Spellman Arrest Details: Is He In Jail Now?

Dylan Spellman is not arrested, reported by some sources. And he is not in jail, but we are also unknown what he is doing now. After the murder incident, law enforcement called Spellman in a Nevada prison to confront him about the DNA.

But Spellman failed a polygraph test and also asked the prosecutor. Spellman refused to speak further after being told that capital killing brought a death penalty sentence and was not charged.

Additionally, three witnesses that could simply identify Spellman placed him at the scene before and after the murder. Also, he was found involved in doing sexual acts with a woman in the same park, beneath an overlook, one month after the murder.
